From cleared ground to homes taking shape, BP Construction’s Roydvale Development in Burnside, Christchurch, is moving ahead steadily.
This 27-home design-and-build development is now well underway, with the team progressing through key construction stages across the site. Following demolition, site clearance and civil works, multiple homes have advanced to roofing, exterior brickwork, cladding, joinery installation and internal fit-out.
The development includes a mix of stand-alone three-bedroom homes, two-bedroom duplexes and three-bedroom duplexes. Once complete, it will deliver a high-quality multi-unit residential community in a well-established Christchurch location.
