105 Roydvale Avenue Housing Development

BP Construction have been engaged to construct twenty-seven dwellings in Burnside under a design and build contract, inclusive of demolition and associated site clearance. The development consists of a mixture of stand-alone three-bedroom units, and three- and two-bedroom duplexes, with soft and hard landscaping and all civil related works included within the contract. Completion is scheduled for December 2026, further updates to follow.
