From 2022 onwards, many refurbishments have been completed within this village, inclusive of care suites, care apartments, villa’s, communal hallways, communal lounges. In conjunction with the client, we create bespoke scope of works in line with the set national standards and action accordingly. These include (but not limited to) retrofitting double glazing, full demolition and internal layout re-configurations, electrical re-wiring, plumbing infrastructure replacement, new tiled or vinyl wet areas, new kitchen, wardrobe and storage joinery, LED lighting and switchgear, heat pump(s) replacement, floorcoverings, plastering and painting, garage door replacement and window furnishings. These works are always completed to a high standard, within condensed timeframes, to ensure minimal impact on the village residents and our client’s economic objectives.
