A three-storey twenty-unit townhouse development, consisting of an engineered raft platform, TC3 adjustable concrete foundation system, exposed stack bond blockwork, TARC Snaplock tray and James Oblique cladding, be-spoke external steel staircases x 8, high specification kitchens and internal joinery, engineered timber flooring, platform lifts, engineered concrete driveway plus hard / soft landscaping. This project was completed within a fifteen-month construction programme.
