Project Value
A full refurbishment of an existing facility, with internal re-configuration of internal walls and ceilings, exterior car park alterations, integration of additional ablution facilities, design and build electrical, plumbing, and mechanical services, epoxy flooring, be-spoke joinery, internal glazing, and external hard / soft landscaping. This work was completed on a design and build basis, with early engagement with the client to ensure their wants and needs were correctly accommodated and captured. This work was completed within a six month on-site construction period.
