Project Value
A 2723m2 warehouse development, consisting of 18 individually titled commercial units. Constructed from engineered concrete foundations, structural steel, 172 precast concrete panels and long-run metal roofing. Amenities are provided to each unit, with the north facing (larger) units having small open plan office areas incorporated, finished with architectural cedar soffit linings and James Hardie Stria cladding. The development includes an engineered stormwater filtration system, sewer system and central asphalt driveway and entrance. This project was completed within an eleven-month construction programme.
